Marriner's Mill was originally at Greengates in Keighley. Mariner B. & W. had it's own brass band which was formed in the 1840's. Owned by Edward D.A. Marriner of Greengates Mill, Keighley who was also a magistrate, councillor and, in 1885, Mayor of Keighley. There was a family feud between Benjamin's two sons, Edward & William, which led to a division of the mill.
